Land Specialist

GENERAL OVERVIEW:

Successful Land Specialists at Naterra Land have the ability to listen, relate, discover and formulate solutions for our customers. They understand that success hinges on building strong, long-term relationships with their customers and other associates. They are organized, technologically proficient and can manage large client databases. Previous sales experience can be beneficial, but it is not a must; people with diverse backgrounds have been very successful with Naterra Land.

KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:

Land Specialists are responsible for successfully building strong, high-level relationships with customers, co-workers and the company. They will guide buyers through transactions in a timely fashion from initial phone call through closing. They will follow the company referral program and manage the relationship after the sale. They will adhere to our policies of honesty and integrity in dealings with customers, other sales associates and management. Land Specialists will maintain a prospect list and follow up on leads via telephone or email. They are expected to promote themselves with advertising in addition to Naterra Land advertising. And, they are expected to have a thorough understanding of Naterra Land properties for sale, the competition’s property and be able to explain the difference.

WORKING CONDITIONS:

The physical working conditions of this position include both working outdoors for extended periods of time in all weather conditions and the ability to work in an office environment where sitting and working at a computer frequently is required.
